Poco Profile has been manufacturing and supplying quality leather personal organiser binders and refill stationery since 1989. A mail-order service has been in operation since 1991. More non-organiser items have been developed in the last 3 years - these can be found in the OTHER category.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING
Postage and handing within Australia is NOT CHARGED. All prices are in Aust $ and are inclusive of the 10% goods and services tax. Prices for goods sent out of Australia are less the 10% goods and services tax but postage is charged at cost - at this time those costs are not shown on the web site and are calculated with processing of order. Please contact Poco Profile if you need a postage quote. To work out the ex tax cost multiply by 5 and divide by 5.5.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Shopping Carte will accept Bankcard, Mastercard or VISA sorry no EFTPOS for now. If you don't wish to do this use the print-out order form and fax, mail or phone your order. (Aust cheques or money orders will be accepted with mailed orders.) Direct deposit is also available. There is no minimum order although we'd prefer it if you kept the transaction over $10
DELIVERY
Australia - approx 3 - 10 days by post.
If what you have ordered is not currently in stock you will be contacted to discuss options etc. Please provide a daytime phone number when ordering or making an enquiry.
RETURNS
Buying leather items without touching and smelling is not ideal so we offer a full refund or exchange for unused goods returned within 7 days. To avoid this if possible, once you've had a good look and think you know what you want, feel free to phone Poco for a more subjective final description. Please contact Poco (phone, fax or email) asap to let us know you are making a return.
PRIVACY AND MAIL-LIST
Poco Profile has operated a snail-mail newsletter (twice a year) and mail-order service since 1991. An email newsletter will start in the new year (4 a year). All contact details are secure and we do not loan or sell these. If you want to be on the mail-list let us know; if not the details you provide when ordering will be recorded only on that individual order.
SECURITY
The shopping carte uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption provided by a certifying authority. This ensures that all information you send (name, address, credit card information etc) is protected during the transmission process and can only be read by Poco Profile.
