Poco Profile Shop Ordering Information RETURNS Buying leather items without touching and smelling is not ideal so we offer a full refund or exchange for unused goods returned within 7 days. To avoid this if possible, once you've had a good look at the pictures and think you know what you want, feel free to phone Poco for a more subjective final description. In the event you want to return goods please contact Poco (phone, fax or email) asap to let us know you are making a return.
