OURS
This goes with that. Colour code your addresses - one colour for work another for non-work. File anything your heart desires! Think of your A-Z index as not just an address book - file anything! Birthdays under B; restaurants under R; dress pattern meterage under S (for sewing!); Cinemas under C. Do it in the middle. #1 If your binder is very full (a personality trait..!?) and if you want to add or subtract something it's easier if you close your binder from the middle. So when you've finished putting in or taking out pages pick up about half the contents - taking them off the rings. Knock them down along the hole edge - trying to keep the holes in line. Then put them on the empty side and close from the middle. Now it sounds strange, but it helps to remember that you are putting them onto curved rings. This trick is worth the effort as trying to put everything on one side is not a pleasant task. Do it in the middle. #2 Put the part(s) you write on the most into the middle of your binder - this minimises the amount of ring you have to get your had around when writing. Intersperse UNDATED Day to a Page with DATED Day to a Page to give yourself a big Day to 2 Pages (Basically) DATED Diary. And, Safely Safely, when opening the clip, ALWAYS use the trigger things at each end. Or else the rings will stop meeting in the middle. Push down on the triggers. To close use two hands on two of the rings, preferably one from each group of three.
